Be sure to check out Steve's excellent content on www.thegrowtheq.com and support him on patreon.com/thegrowthequation

Steve is a world-renowned expert on health and human performance. He is the co-author of the best-selling books Peak Performance, The Passion Paradox, and The Science of Running, running being a huge passion of his. His work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, Wired and Forbes. As a performance coach, Steve works with entrepreneurs, executives, and pro athletes...plus is a consultant for some of the top teams in US pro sport.

Steve is also the co-founder of The Growth Equation with Brad Stulberg, a platform, and community for the art, science, and practice of performance and wellbeing - no wonder we wanted to speak with Steve! We would highly recommend you check out their website, subscribe to their newsletter that addresses the art and science of success - and their Patreon account.

Today we speak about real toughness and the science of extraordinary resilience (his next book!). We ask Steve to shed light on the intersection of wellbeing, fulfillment, and peak performance from his perspective, and also his reading process...being a successful author. We unpack the issue of managing egos when individuals work together on multiple projects and how to make sure that partnership works out - basically a question for Ciaran and I selfishly!!!

Thanks for joining us, Steve!
